Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your Instory purchase! We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges policy on both prepaid and COD orders.

Key Points:

• Shipping charges are not refunded for any orders.
• Shipping of INR 100 will be deducted from the refund when returning a product.
• Exchanges are free up to 2 times for an order. After that, a shipping fee of INR 100 per exchange will be charged.
• Exchanges can be done with the same product or any other product across the website.
• If you choose to return, please allow us 7 days to process all returns and exchanges.
• Please ensure returned items are unworn and undamaged.
• We do not allow any returns or exchanges for Flash Sale products.
